Taylor is a young chef with an undying passion for great food. His food can be described as French influenced regional cuisine. Taylor has worked at local restaurants such as the Cliff House, 43 North, The Stolen Menu Cafe, and now here at Inn on the Blues . He has lived in Colorado, Arizona, Florida and now lives locally. " I hope to bring my classical training together with the best products and flavors to creat an unforgettable dining experience!" You can expect to see Taylor create seafood specials, seasonal soups, an array of flatbread grilled pizzas with presentations and flavors unque to Inn on the Blues!
