Heading North on I-95:
After crossing into Maine, take exit #7 (Formally exit #4)  (right before Maine Turnpike Toll Gate), stay to the right off exit ramp onto extensions road that takes you to Rt. 1.
Take right onto Route 1 South. At next set of lights, go left onto Rt. 1A North (after Mikes Mobil).
Follow route 1A all the way through York Village, down Long Sands Beach, Past Nubble Lighthouse Road, stay left coming down the hill, and you will be on Short Sands Beach. Big Parking Lot, Play ground and the ocean on the right, just down the road a piece and on the left hand side is the Inn.

Heading South on I-95:
Go through York Toll Gate, and immediately take Exit #7 (Formally exit #4) on the right.
Bear Left onto Extension Road, that takes you to Rt. 1. Follow the directions above from there.
